Obituary of Jeffery D. Hammond

<b>Frankfort, KY</b> Frankfort-Jeffery D. Hammond, 51, passed away Monday April 20, 2015. Born in Shelbyville on May 18, 1963 to Sharon Hammond Conway and the Late Glen Webb. He was a member of the National Guard and an employee of Monaplast. In addition to his mother he is survived by his daughters Heather and Brandy Hammond, both of Frankfort; his son Steven Hammond, Bowling Green; Chase Hammond, Frankfort; Kristopher Hammond, Lawrenceburg; his brothers Barry Conway Jr., Frankfort; Daniel Conway, Owenton; John D. Conway, Versailles; his sister Denise Smith; his grandchildren Kaeden, Matthew, and Joshua; as well as 4 nieces and nephews. <b>Funeral Information</b> A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00pm- 4:00pm on Friday April 24, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road.
