He was born in Fayette County, on July 4, 1921, to the late Roy and Bessie Sipes White. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Jackie White, of Versailles, Lynda Shriota, of Louisville, Robert E. White, of Versailles, Susie Metts, of Louisville, Danny White, of Midway, and Carol McDonald, of Versailles; his adopted son, Vernon "Cotton" Chadwell, of Midway; 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Frankie Barnes. <b>Funeral Information</b> Services will be 1:00PM Friday, August 8, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, with Reverend Todd Lester officiating. Visitation will be 5PM-8PM Thursday, August 7.
