Roger Bryant Kelley, 29, died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at the University of Kentucky Hospital. He was born March 6, 1985 in Ashland, Kentucky to Roger and Tobye Frye Kelley.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel Newcomer Kelley; daughter, Isabella Kelley; mother and father.
