Obituary of Jimmie G. Estill

<b>Obituary</b> Jimmie G. Estill, 64, husband of Joyce Campbell Estill, died Saturday, March 23, 2013. A native of Franklin County, he was born on March 25, 1948 to the late James Allen and Virginia Henderson Estill. Mr. Estill retired as the Maintenance Supervisor from Texas Instruments after 33 years of service. He also retired as Maintenance Supervisor at the Franklin County Courthouse. Mr. Estill served 23 years in the KY Army National Guard, retiring as an E-6 Staff Sargent. He was a proud member of the nationally ranked 441st Medical Detachment. Mr. Estill was a volunteer Firefighter for the Switzer Fire Department, a member of North Fork Baptist Church, and a former member of the Switzer Sweat Bees. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Emy (Brandon) Womack, Lawrenceburg; his son, Jimmie C. (Vickie) Estill, Frankfort; his sister, Susan Gardner, Frankfort; and his grandsons, Nicholas Estill, Ethan Womack and Brady Womack. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral Services will be 10am Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Dr. Bob Browning and Bro. Jay Stratton officiating. Burial will follow in Switzer Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Ronnie Knight, Steve Cunningham, Jeff Cunningham, Chris Perkins, Jim Kinnaird, Steve Clark and Skip Cook. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.
