Obituary of Frank C Rose

<b>Lexington, Kentucky</b> Frank C. Rose, 91, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 in <b>Lexington, Kentucky</b>. He was born August 25, 1923 in Mt. Morris, New York to the late Mary and Charles Rose. He received his BS degree from the Pennsylvania State and his Masters in Education from Alfred University. He served in the United States Army Air Corps as a Captain Pilot in B-24's completing 23 aerial combat missions in the E.T.O. He served as a teacher, coach, Jr-Sr. High Principal and school Superintendent in three schools in New York State. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances, who was a native of Danville, Kentucky and a second wife, Patsy Edger from Lexington. Survivors include his best friend; Mary Jordan Morris, of Lexington, his daughters; Terry (Robert) Saunders, Marietta, Georgia; Mary Frances Grossbard, Houston Texas; two grandsons, one granddaughter, two great grandsons and one great granddaughter; sisters; Mary Grant, Joan Cadigan from Geneseo, New York and Ruth Ann Cuppernull from Virginia; several nieces and nephews. <b>Funeral Information</b> Graveside service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Bellevue Cemetery in Danville, Kentucky.
