Obituary of Adelaine Osborne McDaniel

<b>Obituary</b> Adelaine Osborne McDaniel , 90, widow of John William McDaniel, died Sunday, March 10 at her home in Midway in the room in which she had been born. She was the daughter of the late Elijah Ambrose Osborne and Sally Courtney Osborne. She was a life-long member of Midway Christian Church. She is survived by her two sons, John William McDaniel III and James A. McDaniel both of Midway; two granddaughters, Pamela Michelle McDaniel of Springfield and Ann Connor McDaniel (Jo Parks), of Harrodsburg; a niece, Dorothy Osborne Taylor of Mt. Washington, and two nephews, William D. Osborne of Covington, OH and Larry Osborne (Barbara) of Ocala, FL. Additional survivors include numerous other nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great nieces. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12, from 4:00 - 7:00 at Clark Funeral Home, 241 Rose Hill Ave in Versailles. A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Midway Christian Church in Midway followed by a brief graveside service in Midway Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Kenneth McDaniel, Kelly McDaniel, Phil Burchell, Doug Watson, Phil Dare and John Jason McDaniel. Honorary casketbearers will be Buddy and Gertrude Johnson, Myra Mitchell, Sharon Turner, Ella Drake, June Mitchell, Wilda and Rick Caudill, Pat Settlemire, Tom Bozarth, Adele Dickerson, Dan Roller and Diana Ratliff. Relatives and friends are invited to a reception following the graveside services at the Fellowship Hall of Midway Christian Church.
