Rhonda O. Collins, 46, died Saturday, December 7, 2013. She was born June 6, 1967 in South Williamson, Kentucky to the late Troy Owens and Sharon Brae Owens.
She is survived by her husband, John Collins; sons, Michael Robert May and Troy Matthew May.
