<b>Obituary</b> Jeannie Derifeld Collins, 69, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Monday, February 4, 2013. She was born September 27, 1943 in Ironton, Ohio to Kenneth Eugene Derifield and Eva Lucille Kinstler . She is survived by her daughter, Sherri (Joseph) Thomas; son, Chris (Valorie James) Collins; Sister, Nancy Derifield; Nephew, Brian Derifield; grandchildren, Christian, Marissa, Chase, Cameron, Paulina and Kayla James and Jessica Vinegar; great grandson, Dakota Vinegar. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Derifield. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be 10-12 pm, Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, followed by service at 12pm. Burial will follow at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
