Obituary of David McFadden

Obituary David McFadden, 35, died Sunday, August 19, 2012. He was born May 31, 1977 in Lexington, Kentucky to Barry (Susie) McFadden and Donna (Steven) Fyffe. He recently joined where he worked with his father and twin brother. David had a passion his entire life for racing and cars. If it had wheels, he loved it. He enjoyed the company of his family and friends whether it was sitting around a camp fire or jumping in the car to take a ride through the country. Some of which may have ended with a close run in with the law but to him that was the best part. He wasn't afraid of anything nor would he show it if he was. As the baby of the family growing up on a small farm, he was always looking for the next adventure. From constructing trucks out of coat hangers, to racing a go cart frame with his twin brother, Barry, down the biggest hill they could find. The adventures became more dangerous as he got older keeping his mother in constant worry. He had a natural talent for welding and fabrication that was second to none. He spent most of his career working alongside his older brother, Adam. He recently joined his twin brother and father building street rods for their company McFabricators in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Along with his many professional accomplishments, if he was asked his two greatest, it would be his children, Clay (11) and Kaitlyn (2) McFadden. David was always the life of the party, spreading laughter to everyone and wanting them to have a good time. He touched the lives of many people in various ways making an everlasting impression. He will be honored and truly missed. He is survived by his parents; his children; older brother, Adam McFadden; his twin brother, Barry McFadden; step-brother Jason Williams; fiance, Tashua Mingey; niece, Brooklyn McFadden; nephews, Hunter and Lucas McFadden; and numerous aunts and uncles. Funeral Information Visitation will be 4-8pm, Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, followed by a Funeral Service at 8pm with Pastor Gary Noe officiating. Burial will be 10am, Thursday, August 23 at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers will be Adam and Barry McFadden, Benji Riddle, Steve McCubbins, John McCubbins and Todd Barboza.
