She was born on August 19, 1941 to the late Wade and Draxie Osborne Holbrook in Floyd County, KY. Mrs. Parker was a retired Executive Director for Capital Plaza. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Sandra Bayes, Brenda Parker and Joe Link, all of Frankfort; her sisters, Juanita Pollard and Sue Sullivan, both of FL; her brothers, George Holbrook, of Winchester, Carl Holbrook and Bill Holbrook, both of Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Jarrett Link, Jaylen Link, Lindsey Parker, Jackie Parker and Wil Wash. <b>Funeral Information</b> A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date with Bill Holbrook and Rev. Jon Sutphin officiating.
