Mr. Combs was born in Perry County, Kentucky to Homer and Rose Hickman Combs. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Hicks, of Harrodsburg, and LeAnn Bowman, of Lawrenceburg; his sisters, Lisa Hicks, of Acworth, GA, and Darlene Irwin, of Brighton, TN and his grandchildren, Charles Levi Richardson and Hayle Combs. Memorial services will be 2:00PM, Friday, September 12, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center with Reverend Paul Hickman officiating.
