Obituary of Adam Leigh Cook

<b>Adam Leigh Cook</b> <b>Adam Leigh Cook</b>, 40, husband of Anne Cook, died Sunday, November 3. Adam was born in Jamestown, New York, on October 13, 1973, to Jeff and Cheryl Cook of Midway. He was an architectural designer for Yum Brands and a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church. In addition to his wife and parents, Adam is survived by a son, Adin Garner Cook; a sister, Tamra Rice of Versailles; and a nephew, Trenton Cook. <b>Funeral Information</b> Services will be held 7:00PM Thursday, November 7, at Woodford Community Christian Church. Visitation will be held Thursday, from 4:00PM until the time of service. Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill is in charge of arrangements.
