Obituary of Norma Sumpter

<b>Frankfort, KY</b> Norma "Juanita" Sumpter, 86, passed away Monday June 22, 2015. She was born on April 19, 1929 in Burnside, Kentucky to the late James H. Hall and Dolly I. Hall. Norma was retired from the Cabinet for Human Resources where she worked as a secretary. She was also a long time member and former secretary of Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by her children Rick (Vicky) Baker, Lexington; Joyce McCutchen, Frankfort; Allen Baker, TN; Larry G. (Pamela) Baker, TX; Donita (Allen) Perry, Frankfort; her sisters Freda Murphy, Ferguson; Della Stutler, Cincinnati; Gayle Hale, SC; her brothers Vola Hall, Somerset; Everett Hall, Falmouth; her grandchildren Jaimeson McCutchen; Kristi Albertson; Darrin McCutchen; Michael Baker; Janis Wilhoite; Matthew Sutherland; Jonathan Sutherland; Brett Baker; Randall Baker; Eric Baker; Lauren Hayes; Nicki Perry; Chasity Perry; and numerous great great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents Norma is preceded in death by her daughter Brenda Kay Sutherland; her grandson Chris Baker, her sisters Thelma Smith; Elise Phelps; and her brothers James Hall; and Jerry Hall. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Friday June 26, 2015 at Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Howard Wilson will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Matthew Sutherland, Jonathan Sutherland, Allen Perry, Jaimeson McCutchen, Darrin McCutchen, and Michael Baker. Visitation will be from 5:00pm- 8:00pm Thursday June 25, 2015 at the church.
