He was born in Sidney, New York, December 26, 1956, son of the late Fowler and Mary Offnick Finch. He was a Project Manager for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, a member of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church in Lexington. He graduated from Sidney High School in 1975, a 1979 graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and a graduate of Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio, College of Business. He is survived by his three sons; Ryan C. {Krissa} Finch, Adam Fowler {Katie} Finch and Christian A. Finch all of Lexington, his sister; Gaye {Steve} Houck, Walton, New York, his brother; Howard {Theresa} Finch, Sidney, New York and his two grandsons; Landon Curtis Finch and Braxton Finch, Lexington. He was preceded in death by his twin brothers; Clifford and Edward Finch and his sister, Bonnie Hyne. <b>Funeral Information</b> His visitation will be 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center Brannon Crossing ,followed by his Celebration of Life Service at 6:30 p.m. His burial will be in Highland Cemetery Sidney Center, New York, Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 11 a.m.
