He is survived by his wife Siviengsay Kongchan Willingham; daughter, Ashley (Andy) Johnson; grandchild, Caden Johnson; sister, Barbara (David) Sullivan; brothers, Gary Willingham, Dee (Jeannie) Willingham and James (Barbara) Willingham.
