Obituary of Sharlon "Granny" Flinchum

<b>Obituary</b> Sharlon "Granny" Flinchum, 66, died Thursday, July 11, 2013 at her residence in Jessamine County. She was born in Lexington, daughter of the late Otis and Thelma Hurt Fain. She was a horse groomer for The Training Center and a member of Bethel Christian Church. She is survived by her daughter Alnah Rose Ramos of Nicholasville, two sons, Jason Wayne Scott of Booneville and Matthew Allen Scott of Lexington, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In our hearts we thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday and days before that too. We think of you in silence, we often speak your name. Now all we have is memories, and your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake, with which we'll never part. God has you in his keeping; we have you in our hearts. <b>Funeral Information</b> Gathering of family and friends will be 6-8pm, Thursday, July 18th at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, with a celebration of life service beginning at 8pm. Pastor Bill Bates will officiating.
