Obituary of Elma Jean Meade

<b>Nicholasville, KY</b> Elma Jean Meade, 80, died April 5, 2014. She is survived by her daughters; Zilda Henson and Sherry (Tony) Beckham; sons Bobby (Laura) Meade, James Chester Meade, Walter (Dale) Meade, David (Debbie) Meade, Terry (Nicole) Meade and Kerry (Chase) Meade; sisters Ivalene Chapman, Lottie Cook, Dottie Noble, Gwendolyn Salmon and Brenda Mullins; brothers James Craft, Larry Craft, Leroy Craft and Conley Craft; 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband James Vincent Meade; parents George and Hilda (Bowling) Craft; brother Carlos Craft and grandchild Wayne Meade. Elma served her family for 50 years and for 30 years, she served her church, her Bible study group and she was a senior companion for others in need. She loved her family, her westerns, gardening, reading and quilting. She will be missed by all. <b>Funeral Information</b> There will be a visitation at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, from 4-7 PM, Monday, April 7, 2014. A viewing will be from 12-2 PM, Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Jubilee House of Prayer in Jackhorn, KY, followed by a service at 2, the burial will immediately follow at the family cemetery in Deane.
