Obituary of Sandra J Couch

<b>Lexington, Kentucky</b> Sandra Jean Couch, 51, of Lexington, KY, passed away March 16, 2014. Born April 19, 1962 to the late Bradley and Wilma Newkirk Brock, Sandra was a 1981 graduate of Bryan Station High School. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Alex Meadows; siblings, Anthony Wayne (Tina) Durham, Michael Leon (Lisa Hunter) Durham, Kathy Karlena (Barry) Stansell, and William "Bill" Brock; nieces, Krystle Durham, Ashley King, Terri King, Sarah King, Tara Durham, and Briana Brock; nephews, Todd (Carla) Durham, and Ryan Durham; six grand-nieces and five grand-nephews; and sister-in-law Susie Durham. She is also survived by her special friends Mitchell "Todd" Meadows and Nancy Meadows. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm, Friday, March 21, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing with service to follow at 7pm.
