Brent,
I am sorry I didn't get the chance to know you better, but the man I got to know I feel honored to have known. You are a genuine, kind and gentle soul. I will miss seeing your smile and will miss you at Costco. May you rest in peace; y thoughts and prayers are with your family.

What wonderful memories I have of the two of us. As children we made our lizard circus, skateboarding on our banana boards, riding our bicycles pretending we were Ponch and John, going to the creek catching frogs and crawdads. Brent you were an amazing brother, you had the ability to make me laugh at the drop of a hat. You always had a joke to tell. I would ask where you heard that joke, you would say "I didn't " I just made it up. You had a kind heart and soul and it showed through the way you loved your son Branon. You were so excited to find out that you were having a son. You and Branon were like two peas in a pod. The two of you you complimented each other. You two would the most hilarious back and forths, it was quite a site to see. You were an amazing father. Your love for Branon was undeniable, because it showed when you were together. We are all better people for having you in our lives. Until we meet again. WITH ALL MY LOVE

Sherri Barker We all know Brent for his amazing wit and humor. But I want you to know about his greatest accomplishment of his life.
Brent was an amazing father. He worshipped his son Branon, they were truly best buddies. Brent was not wealthy by any means, but every dime he made went to his son. He always wished he could do more for him. What he did not realize is that the greatest gift of all is that he spent more time with his son in 9 years than most fathers spend in a life time. Branon was his greatest joy and the love of his life. With this upcoming Fathers Day, my wish is for all fathers to forget about the material things and love and spend time with your children. That is what they truly need. All my love my precious brother. I know heaven will be a happier place with you in it.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Brent is laughter. The minute he walked in the room you knew it was a happier place. He was certainly the funniest person I've ever known, always pulling some kind of joke. We lost a really special person and a great father this week. No one knows the reason's behind something so sudden and senseless, but I do know that I was better for knowing him and will cherish the memories I have, always!! Till we meet again friend!!

My baby brother " always ". It hurts because it matters !!! You mattered to many more than you ever truly knew.. Probably the worst thing about the last goodbye is not " knowing " it's the last goodbye. If only I had just a few minutes with you what would I say? Nothing other than " I love you ". I would just sit and stare at you. I would take in every part of you. I would memorize the shape of your eyes, your nose , your smile..And I would hold you with the tightest hug ever and simply say " I love you my baby brother ". We will fondly remember all the laughter - the jokes-all your crazy things you did. And you will ALWAYS be my baby brother...I love you.....Always....Kim

Brent, it is so hard to believe that I will no longer see you at Costco. You were always so kind to me on the days I worked. You came to my rescue the day the hot grease burned my hand. I just wish we had met sooner. I know you are an angel now, watching over your lived ones. RIP, friend....missing you......

My Uncle Brent,
I love you so much and miss you dearly already! I have so many wonderful memories shared with you! Some of my greatest memories of you are when: I was so young you sitting me on the bed in mamaws house in Jackson (the house by Paul) and you singing to me Bryan Adams song "Everything I Do" only to be followed up by Guns N Roses "Welcome to the Jungle". I remember cruising around Jackson with you, going to get a Veal and Ski, and your obsession with Giovanni's pizza-but only the Giovanni's pizza in Jackson. I remember you letting me drive well before my 16th birthday- from the red BMW, to the Camero, and the Explorer. I remember plenty of days and nights just spent with you hanging out at the house and just relaxing, (probably watching NASCAR) we didn't have to be doing anything specific to have fun together. I remember in the winter time taking Mamaws car to empty parking lots and making that baby spin in circles in all the snow. I loved all of our Country Road cruizes we would take- we loved looking at huge mansions we could only dream of living in. I'll miss making many more memories with you, but I know you will be looking down upon me and the entire family sharing experiences with us! I love you Brenty Bob!!!!
