Obituary of Floyd Gardner Jr.

<b>Frankfort, KY</b> Frankfort- Gardner, Floyd E. Jr., 90, passed away April 22, 2015. Born in Glasgow, KY on February 5, 1925 to the late Floyd Edward Gardner Sr. and the late Nell Dora Young Gardner. He was retired from banking and he was veteran of WWII having served in the United States Navy on board the USS Forrest during D-Day. Floyd was also a member of Highland Christian Church, as well as Toastmasters. He is survived by his niece Dora Kerns, Frankfort; his daughters Pam (Pete) Olsen, FL; Diane (Peter) Plumeri, CA; Margaret (Aaron) Miner, NY; his sons Ed (Chrissy) Gardner, CA; Daniel (Melissa) Gardner, Ca; his caregiver Kenndra Siler, Lexington; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday April 27, 2015 at Highland Christian Church. Officiated by Reverend Scott Rollins. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00pm-4:00pm Sunday April 26, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road.
