<b>Obituary</b> Edna Settles, 80, wife of Dr. David B. Settles, died Tuesday, August 21, 2012. She was born on July 3, 1932 in Lancaster, Kentucky to Mark and Helen Sparks Watkins. Edna retired from the State of Kentucky. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, James L. (Brenda) Anderkin of Nortonville, Kentucky, David L. (Nanette) Settles of Denver, Colorado and James E. Settles of Houston, Texas; daughters, Pamela L. (Melvin) Weber of Versailles, Kentucky and Kay S. (Stefan) Wagener of Winnipeg, Canada; grandchildren, Victoria Jacobs, Jeffrey T. Weber, Jerry T. Slone, Rebecca D. Bowman, Adrienne K. Clark, Maylee Abney, Genette Stanley, Jamie Leek, Luke E. Wagener, Alya Settles; 24 great grandchildren; and siblings, Albert Olson of Berea, Kentucky, Greta Barnett of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, Mildred Edester of Franklin, Ohio, Reba Henson of Berea, Kentucky, George W. Watkins of Berea, Kentucky, William R. Watkins of Versailles, Kentucky and Jerry Watkins of Berea, Kentucky. <b>Funeral Information</b> Visitation will be 11am-12 pm, Friday, August 24, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, followed by a Funeral Service at 12:00 pm. Burial will be 1:30 pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
