Obituary of Virgina Elizabeth Laslie

<b>Online Obituaries for Frankfort, KY</b> FRANKFORT- Virginia Elizabeth "Granny" Laslie, 92, widow of Robert James Riddle and Delbert Harold Laslie, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014. A native of Franklin County, she was born on January 26, 1922 to the late Charlie and Pearl Smith Anglin. Mrs. Laslie was a homemaker and a former member of Crestwood Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Waldridge, Lawrenceburg; her sons, James L. "Jimmy" Riddle, David C. Riddle and Scotty G. Riddle, all of Frankfort; her brothers, Charles Anglin, Jr. and Mike Anglin, both of Frankfort; 15 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren. In addition to her husbands, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Sue Vaughn; her son, Freddy L. Riddle; her sisters, Christine, Louise and Daisy; and her brothers, Noah Lee, Hubert and Stanley Anglin. <b>Funeral Information</b> Funeral Services will be 1pm Monday, April 7, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Rev. Terry Cooper and Rev. David Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be her Grandsons. Visitation will be Monday, April 7, 2014 from 11am until the time of service.
