Versailles- Nelda Porter, 83, widow of Garland Porter, passed away Sunday March 29, 2015. Born on November 26, 1931 in Hopkins County to the late Lester and Jewell French Young. She was retired from Rand McNally. Nelda is survived by her daughter Ruth Bradford, of Lexington; her son Tony "Chief" (Patty) Porter, of Versailles; her sisters Lettie Ann McKnight, of Dawson Springs; her brother Garnett Young, of Dawson Springs; her grandchildren Shea (Emily) Porter; Ashley Bradford; and 5 great grandchildren.
