Obituary of Anthony "Tony" Blaine Czack

<b>Lexington</b> Tony Czack, 51, died February 26, 2014. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 16, 1962 to Lawrence (Carol) and Frances Majeski Czack. He is survived by his daughters, Allie Czack and Sarah Czack, both of Versailles; sisters, Pam Czack, Ohio; Michelle (Andrew) Hudak, Ohio, Tanya Sirl, Ohio; brother, Michael (Melissa) Czack, Ohio; seven nieces and nephews. Tony played football at the University of Kentucky from 1982-1986, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree. <b>Funeral Information</b> A gathering of family and friends will be held from12-3 pm, Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. In honor of Tony's life the family has requested all friends wear their Kentucky Blue.
