Mr. Lawson was a retired diesel mechanic for United Parcel Service. Survivors other than his wife are his children, Angela (Charlie) Parker, Lexington, Verl Dean (Lacy) Lawson, Jr. Stamping Ground, Jason (Jennifer) Maples, Lancaster and Christy Maples, Versailles, his sisters Darlene Withers, Gloria and Norma Lawson, his brothers, Wendell, Ronnie, Richard and Ricky Lawson and five grandchildren. <b>Funeral Information</b> Services will be 12:00 pm Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery Chapel. Casketbearers will be Jason Maples, Verl Lawson Jr. Greg Capps, Stephen Morrison, Rick Bossio and Dean Lawson.
