Obituary of Janet B. Tipton

<b>Obituary</b> Janet B. Tipton, 66, of Lexington, Kentucky and wife of James W. Tipton, died Monday, July 18, 2011. She was born December 6, 1944 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to the late Ralph E. and Marceline Lauer Billings. In addition to her husband, Janet is survived by her daughter, Cherie Moeller of Texas; son, Todd W. Tipton of Colorado; sisters, Rose Glass of Tennessee, Carol Rice of Louisiana and Joyce Justus of Minnesota; brother, Ralph Billings, Florida; and grandchildren, Joshua, Evelyn, Sawyer and Ethan. <b>Funeral Information</b> A Gathering of Family and Friends to celebrate Janet's life will be 4-6:30 pm, Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Clark Legacy Center. There will be a toast in her honor and a time of sharing at 5pm. Flowers for Janet's celebration will be Zinnia's from her garden. The family will also be having a private memorial service and laying Janet in her final resting place in California at a later date to fulfill her specific wishes.
