<b>Obituary</b> Christopher Matthew "Sam" Mondelli, 44, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011. He was born March 2, 1967 in Lexington, Kentucky, to Nicki Kremer McCall and the late George Wayne Mondelli. Chris was loved by many and touched so many lives all over the country. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Christopher Drake; daughter, Zoe Elaine; sisters, Teresa Mondelli and Kathy Brashear; brothers, Mike Mondelli and Tim Mondelli and Rick McCall; girlfriend, Sarah Mitchell; and numerous nieces and nephews. <b>Funeral Information</b> A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Friday, December 9, from 6-9 pm at Bluegrass Extended Stay, Room 116 (Meeting Room), 2753 Richmond Rd, Lexington, Kentucky.
