Obituary of Iona Gill League

<b>Frankfort</b> Iona Gill League, 90, widow of James League, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Baptist Health Lagrange. She retired from the Kentucky Department of Revenue and was a member of Eastern Star. She was also a member and Sunday School Teacher for Forks of Elkhorn Baptist. Mrs. League is survived by her sons, Donald (Vicki) League of Lagrange, Bennie (Sara) League of <b>Frankfort</b>, and David (Judy) League of Florida; 5 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. <b>Funeral Information</b> Services will be held on Friday at Forks of Elkhorn Baptist at 10:00AM with Rev. Todd Lester officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers will be Steve Harrod, Eric League, Austin League, John Andrew League, James Hawkins, and Sam Robison. Honorary Casketbearers will be Tommy Lippert, Charles Logan, Bill Tabor, Bill Godby, Charles Barmore, Fred Lippert, and Henry League. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00-8:00PM at the church.
