Obituary of Lydia Ruth Raines

Mrs. Lydia Ruth Raines, age 88 of Frankfort, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was born in Los Angeles, California on October 2, 1935 to the late Fred Louis and Lydia Rufina (Cummings) Durdin.  Lydia is survived by 3 children: Monica Raines of Frankfort, Kentucky, Rhonda Love of Louisville, Kentucky, Brian Raines of Frankfort , Kentucky and leaves behind several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing.  Lydia is preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.  Lydia loved knitting, sewing and crocheting.  Cremation was chosen by the family.
