Obituary of Lewis Blackburn Sharp Jr.

Lewis Blackburn Sharp Jr., 75, husband of Sandra Sharp, passed away on March 23, 2024 in Lexington.  Lewis was born in Versailles, Kentucky on September 26, 1948 to the late Lewis Blackburn Sharp Sr. and Mary Huffman Sharp.  Lewis was a proud U.S. Army Veteran and later went on to work for Station Casino as a supervisor for many years. Lewis was known to enjoy golfing whenever he could, but above all loved his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

In addition to his wife, Sandra, he is survived by his children, Melissa (Chris) Cohee, Kimberly Sharp, and Allison Sharp; sister, Doris Chappell; brother, Gary Sharp; and granddaughter, Laura (Jake) Combs.
