Obituary of Mary Helen Louise McDaniel

Mary Helen Louise McDaniel, 62, passed away on October 14, 2023 in Louisville. Mary was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on January 17, 1961 to the late Arthur "Bud" McDaniel and Helen Louise Harden McDaniel.  Mary worked as the activities director at The Waters of Rising Sun for many years. 

She is survived by her children, Mary (Joe) Chadwell, Angel (Gio) Ahilon, Stephen (Latousha) Chadwell, Christopher Dale Chadwell, and Charity Myers; grandchildren, Celina Hernandez, Jazlyn Chadwell, Tyler Chadwell, Jayden Chadwell, Hanna Redmon, Jesse Redmon, Savanna Redmon, Epiphany Chadwell, Jasmine Chadwell, Aryana Withrow, Diamond Withrow, Annica Aldridge, and Mckenna Chadwell; siblings, Susan Cox, Debbie Palmers, Gary McDaniel, Michael McDaniel, William (Barbara) McDaniel, and Arthur (Diane) McDaniel; and her great grandchildren, Maximus Ray Chadwell and Kingston Withrow. 

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Vickie Prather. 

A funeral service for Mary will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 1pm at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home.
