Obituary of Joseph Robert Anderson

Joseph Robert Anderson, 69, husband of Vicki Anderson passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023, in Lexington, KY. He was born in Lexington, KY on July 11, 1954, to the late Frank and Lilly Anderson.  Joseph was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a Machine Machinist for Georgia Pacific for many years.  Other than his wife Vicki he is survived by three sons, Joie (Robin) Anderson, Lexington, Matthew Flannery, Lexington, KY and Nolan Flannery, Lexington, KY; four grandchildren, Brennan Anderson, Rebecca Anderson, J.B. Anderson and Jaxx Heavenar;  one sister, Amy Burton; one brother, Ralph (Donna) Preston, Nicholasville, KY.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Bobbie Jean and Frances Anderson; one brother, Frank Anderson.  A Visitation will be Tuesday, September 26, 2023, from 1pm-3pm followed by a service at 3pm at Clark Legacy Center – Brannon Crossing. A graveside service with funeral honors will be September 29, 2023 1:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
