For the past several years, Scotty has been a good friend, mentor and teacher to many billiards players at the Capital City Senior Activity Center. He provided invaluable instructions on the game, worked to repair or refurbish much of the billiards equipment at the Center, and for several years officiated the State Senior Billiards Tournament that was held at our facility. He will definately be miss by many of the members of the Senior Center. Our most sincere condolences go to Linda and all of Scottie's family. Rest in peace my good friend. Until we meet again.
