Obituary of Eva C. W. Bramer

Eva C. W. Bramer, 67, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. The wife of Charlie Bramer, Jr, Eva was born July 6, 1956, to the late Neville and Margarette Balman Weber in Frankfort, Kentucky. A member of the Frankfort Quilters Guild, she loved quilting, taking special care to complete each and every stitch by hand. She also enjoyed the outdoors, sitting in the sunshine reading, watching birds, and by the fire once the sun had gone down.  

In addition to her loving husband of 45 years, Eva is survived by her sons, Charles (Lisa) Bramer of Frankfort and Michael Bramer of Frankfort; her sister, Beulah “Boo” (Steve) Martin of Paducah; a brother, Sam Weber of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Madison (Matthew) Dean, Morgan Bramer, Savanah Bramer, and Nicholas Bramer; and her great-grandsons, Dustin and Jackson.  

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at a later date.
