Obituary of Shannon Tierney

Shannon Kay Tierney, 34, passed away on Monday August 14, 2023. Shannon was born on October 27,1988 to Douglas Tierney and Leslie Wiser in Lexington, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, Douglas Tierney of Florida and Leslie Wiser of Lexington, she leaves behind her loving fiancé Michael Dwayne Owens of Versailles; her children, Analeigh Jo Tierney and Carter Lionel Steele Blackburn; stepchildren, Alexia Owens and Brookelyn Owens; as well as her brother, Jason Alan Tierney of Lexington.  

She was preceded in death by her loving stepfather, Jerry Wiser.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Shannon on Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 3:00pm until 7:00pm, at Rabbit Creek Bed and Breakfast, 1010 Steele Road, Versailles, KY 40383. https://www.rabbitcreekbnb.com/

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorial Contributions to the family for her children.
