I worked with Charlie in the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Division of Bridges for 29 years. When I started work there, he made me feel welcome. He was a conscientious and hard working engineer who was a friend to everybody in our office. He loved his family and spoke of you often. I hope your memories of Charlie will give you comfort at this time.
