Obituary of Jesse Howard

Jesse Howard, 75, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Husband of the late Linda Howard, Jesse was born April 8, 1948, to the late John and Sadie Jackson Howard in Versailles, Kentucky. Jesse enjoyed taking long walks and playing the lottery, but he loved people and children. Always watching out for friends, neighbors, and their children, Jesse has been called a "Hero" more than once. 

Jesse is survived by his son, Christopher (Tonya Greer) Howard of Stanford; a sister, Phyllis Howard of Lexington; a brother, Leroy Howard of Versailles; granddaughter, Shanice Howard of California; and former wife, Gwendolyn Howard of Versailles. 

In addition to his loving wife, Linda Howard and his parents, John and Sadie Jackson Howard, Jesse was preceded in death by several of his siblings.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Frankfort, Kentucky.
