Obituary of Williams "Bill" H Leach

Williams H. Leach (Bill), 71, died suddenly on April 18 at Baptist Hospital, Louisville. Bill’s career was spent in state government, retiring in 2012 from the Teachers’ Retirement System of Kentucky. Since his retirement, Bill spent much of his time travelling and watching whatever athletic event happened to be playing. Bill was a graduate of Franklin County High School and Western Kentucky University.

Bill is survived by his son, Adrian (Carrie); grandsons Nathan, Mason and Jackson all of Louisville; his sister, Felicia Penn (Bradley) of Louisville; special friend, Peggy Sharon of Midway; nephew, Wesley Penn (Amanda) of Louisville; and niece, Aubrey Penn of Cambridge, MA.

He is predeceased by his parents, Glenn and Sarah Leach of Frankfort and two sons, Nathan and Marshall also of Frankfort.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00p, Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd, in Frankfort, Kentucky. A Memorial Visitation will be from 10:00a until the time of service on Saturday, at the funeral home.
