Mom - They say hindsight is 20/20. Standing there with you as you rest I was overwhelmed with a feeling I didn't expect to have so quickly after your passing, but I now realize this was your gift to the world. Although living in a world without you is painful and this is the most heartbroken many of us have ever been, your gift to us was a lifetime of kindness, generosity, selfless acts and equally as important... hilarity. You always put the needs of others in front of yours, you always took care of us, you showed us kindness and serving others is the path to happiness and you cared, down to your core, if anyone around you needed to feel loved, appreciated or just needed a belly laugh even if at your expense. There's no peace that comes from being here without you, and the pain of missing you will never subside, but you sure made appreciating the time we had with you the most powerful emotion. This was your gift and now your legacy.
Love You
Thank you!

Carol I can’t believe you are gone. Your son Keith stated it perfectly, you were one of the kindest persons I’ve ever known. Caring & selfless, so many times you did things for me. Like the time I came home on a cold winter
evening and found dinner waiting on the
stove. The memories, too many to count. You will be
missed so very much.
To your family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Each of you will be in my prayers for days & months to come. And please remember she’s only a whisper away.
Heartfelt condolences,
Sandy Marks

My beautiful sister- she always kept us laughing and really knew how to enjoy life. She loved being a grandma more than anything and was the best example of a kind and generous person. She was dedicated to her family, all of her family, and truly loved each of us in a special way. We were so blessed to have her, and she was taken from us way too soon, but I know she is smiling down on all of us. May we all take a page from her book and know when not to take life, and ourselves, too seriously.
