Obituary of Marta Surgener

Marta Heisler Surgener, 68, wife of Damon Surgener, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023.  She was born on February 2,1954, in Rome, N.Y. to the late Emerson Heisler and Lillian Heisler.

Besides her husband Damon, Mrs. Surgener is survived by two nieces, Ashley and Arrianna Heisler; and a Cousin Bruce Heisler. Mrs. Surgener is also survived by her father-in-law, Damon M. Surgener, Jr. (Pat); brother-in-law, Stewart P. Surgener (Sarah); and sister-in-law, Elizabeth F. Surgener.

Mrs. Surgener was preceded in death by her Brother Mark Heisler.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 2-4PM at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Markey Cancer Foundation.
