Obituary of Joyce Robinson Cobb

Joyce Robinson Cobb, 87, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022. She was born in Congleton, England on March 23, 1934 to Richard Robinson and Elizabeth “Minnie” Mayer. She worked for the Office of Probation and Parole as an administrative assistant for 20 years until she retired. Joyce loved to travel the world, she was fearless. She was a loving mother and grandmother, but a terrible photographer! She loved her yorkies and going shopping.

She is survived by her daughter, Denise Spann, United Kingdom; her sons, Stuart W. (Karen) Cobb, Frankfort, and Derek B. (Wendy) Cobb, RI; her grandchildren, Tim Cobb, Christy Cobb, Emmiline Spann, Michaela Cobb, Daniel Cobb, and Ryan Cobb; and her great grandchild, Amelia Spann.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Albert Robinson, Pat Robinson, and Ron Robinson.

No services are planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kentucky Dachshund Rescue.
