Obituary of Eugenia Kelley
Elsie Eugenia Kelley, 88, passed away November 7, 2022 in Lexington. Mrs. Kelley was born in Wilmore, Kentucky on September 2, 1934 to the late Albert Scott and Pauline Hudson Parker. She was retired from the University of Kentucky. She is survived by her children, Lorna Cano, Paulette Kelley, Becky (Mark) Bartlett, Cindy Kelley, Shari (Allen) Bledsoe, son, Tim Kelley and several grandchildren.
