Obituary of David Harry Pugh

Lexington - David Harry Pugh passed away Monday August 1st, 2022. He was born in Washington, DC on August 4th, 1954 to the late Richard Albert Pugh and Mary Elizabeth (Wood) Pugh. He was married for 38 years to the late Mary Ellen (Campbell) Pugh.

David was a graduate of W.T. Woodson High in Fairfax, Va. and Morehead State University where he played football. He later had a long career in the auto industry and was recently retired.

David was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved Snook fishing in Florida, watching UK games, and his granddaughters play sports.He will be greatly missed by friends and family. David is now reunited with his late wife Mary Ellen for eternity.

David is survived by his two sons Josh (Shannon) Pugh and Joey (Melanie) Pugh. Sisters; Deborah Glakas and Donna Padeletti. Brother; Richard Pugh. Granddaughters; India Pugh, Ella Pugh, Molly Pugh, Lucy Pugh, Everly Pugh, and Olive Pugh.
