Obituary of Tammy Smith Sims

Tammy Smith Sims, 53, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022. She was born in Versailles, Kentucky to the late Ike and Ruby Murphy Smith on October 2, 1968. Tammy loved being a grandmother more than anything. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Michelle (Marc) Sims, Miranda (Hermon) Young, both of Frankfort and Matthew (Lauren) Sims, Lawrenceburg; her sister, Linda Downey, Lawrenceburg; her brothers, William T. Smith, Lawrenceburg and Jason (Sherry) Smith, Nicholasville; and her grandson, Jordan Marc Brown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Sims and her brother, Terry Smith.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road Frankfort with George Hunter officiating. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service.
