Obituary of Ann Elizabeth Adams Woolums

Ann Elizabeth Adams Woolums, 89, widow of Artice L. Woolums, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022. She was born in Casey County on January 2, 1933 to the late Johnny B. and Beulah H. Adams. Ann retired from Franklin County Schools. She was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church and Frankfort Homemakers.

She is survived by her daughter, Marie (Jason) Wise, Frankfort; her sons, Tommy Woolums, Frankfort, and Tony (Beth) Woolums, Lawrenceburg; her sisters, Patricia Marcum, Frankfort, and Margaret Phillips, TN; her brother, Larry Adams, KY; her grandchildren, Chelsea Hyman, John Michael Woolums, Eli Woolums, Abby Mathew, Tylor Riley, Michelle Jewell, and Sheila Warfield; as well as her great grandchild, Kage Jewell.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John Adams, Jr., and Stanley Adams.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Bro. Ricky Simpson officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be John Michael Woolums, Eli Woolums, Stephen Marcum, Jason Lee Marcum, Mathew Riley, and Tanner Marcum. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
