Obituary of James Alfred Thurston Jr.

Lexington - James A . Thurston, 77, passed away June 6, 2022 in Lexington. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island to the late James Alfred and Lillian Crompton Thurston. He was retired from Tyco Healthcare. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Sullivan Thurston, daughter, Lori (Tod) Birch, son, Greg Thurston, grandchildren, Diedra, Christina and Brittany, sister, Kathleen Achian and brother Joseph Thurston. 

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 1pm until 3pm at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.
