Obituary of Charlie Bay

Charlie Bay, 77, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022. The husband of the late Connie Downey Bay, Charlie was born March 2, 1945. A bartender for Saylor Restaurant for 20 years, Charlie had the opportunity to purchase the establishment and would own it for the next 15 years. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending his free time hunting and fishing.  

Charlie is survived by his children, Donna Wilson, Debi Johnson, Tiffany Witten, Tony Bay, and Danny Bay, all of Frankfort; grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica, Cameron, Shyann, Matthew, Kailin, Kyle, Taylor, Macy, and Casey; and 6 great grandchildren. 

Services will be planned at a later date 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorial Contributions be made to the American Red Cross.
