Obituary of Margaret Elizabeth Fogle Robinson

Lexington - Margaret Elizabeth Fogle Robinson, 82, received her Angel Wings on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Springfield Kentucky on February 26, 1939, to the late Jesse Fogle, and Nannie Brown Fogle.

Margaret had a strong faith in GOD and joined Bethel Harvest Church, previously Lexington, Kentucky, now located in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Margaret loved to listen to different church services on Sunday mornings to receive the word of GOD.

Margaret was an exceptional mother and grandmother. She loved, cherished, and cared deeply for her family. Her children and grandchildren were her main priority. She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children and grandchildren. Anyone who knew them knew that she was a star in their eyes and that is all that mattered to her.

Margaret had the biggest heart. She welcomed everyone with opened arms and affection. She had a bubbly personality and loved to talk, joke but mostly spend time with her family. Her two most favorite sayings were “Love You More” and “Stay Focused.”  

Margaret never remarried after the death of her husband Frank, who predeceased her by 40 years. She leaves to cherish in memory sons, Terry Robinson, Sr (Linda), Vine Grove, Kentucky, Derek Robinson, Lexington, Kentucky, and daughter Erica Robinson-Weathers (David), Lexington, Kentucky. A host of grandchildren; Terry II, Raven, Denetria, Shanelle, Todiea, Dondrecka, Derek, Delmar, Jessica, Brandon, Destiny, Dorian, DeToria, DeQuan, Davonte, Sherrelle, Katrina and a host of great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends and an honorary daughter Tara Lancaster.

Margaret preceded in death her husband Franklin Ford Robinson, son Franklin Ford Robinson, Jr, son, Charles Albert Fogle, daughter, Shelia Robinson, Father Jesse Fogle, mother Nannie Brown Fogle, brothers Albert, Jesse, James, John, Lester, William, sisters, Lula Frances, Mary Evelyn and two granddaughters Martina Morton and Annette Venable.

Funeral services will be Thursday February 17, 2022, 12pm. Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be the same day from 10am until the service time. www.clarklegacycentercom
