Frankfort – Elwood Louis Colwart, 57, husband of Theresa Emery Colwart, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022. He was born in Houma, LA on August 19, 1964 to the late Clarence Joseph Jr and Anna Mae Henry Colwart. He was a forklift driver and musician.
