Obituary of Carl Lenvil "Len" Ellis Jr.

Carl Lenvil “Len” Ellis Jr, 56, husband of Lori Ellis, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. He was born in Danville on November 30, 1965 to Carl and Genille Ellis. Len worked for Keeneland.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his son, Carson Ellis, Hebron; his stepdaughters, Abigail Buettner, Lexington, Allison Henninger, Lexington, and Sharon Henniger, Midway; his sisters, Tina Ellis, NH, Pam (Will) Ellis-Phipps, NC, and Neal Ellis (Terry) Heilman, CO; his grandchildren, Aiden and Lyla Kirkland; as well as his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Tyler, Cameron, Alex, Ellie, Gracie, Addie, and Lily.

Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 1:00pm until 4:00pm on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Old Friends Farm.
